When I first started my coaching business, I was terrified. Full of self-doubt. Feeling the deep down call to do this… but scared I wouldn’t measure up.

Looking back, I see that I was going through a rite of passage.
I had to be willing to step outside of my “smaller” human self with all her fears, doubts, and insecurities.
… and into an “expanded” version of myself, who knew deep down this was what I was meant to do.
It was SO uncomfortable at times.
But looking back now, I see this as a spiritual initiation.
I had to show that I was willing to go BEYOND my comfort zone and anything I’d ever done before, in order to have the great privilege of doing the work I do today – helping to transform people’s lives.
I had to be willing to transform myself first.
To step into a completely new version of myself.
So – if you’re in the midst of starting or growing a new business, and it’s taking everything you’ve got, just know:
You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.
